1. How do I upload files?
You can drag or click on upload either through the Tutorial or the Model Manager!
2. Can users modify my product?
All content is designed by VTubers; users only get to interact with what the VTubers designed.
3. What type of files can we upload?
We support mp4, mov, WebM, mp3, and png files.
4. Who’s allowed to be a creator?
There is no size limit for creators! However, you do need to have commercial rights to your model.
5. Can I sign up as a PNGtuber/Live2D/3D creator?
Yes! Musuno does not use specific model data files (like VRM). As long as a video or a photo can visualize your model, Musuno can work with it.
6. How long does it take for me to set up?
It depends on how detailed you want your product to be. Setting up an account and a basic product takes around 20 minutes.
7. Can our product be modified?
Yes, and we encourage creators to update regularly to keep things fresh! Updates are instant but require users to restart the Musuno app.
8. Is there a minimum price for subscriptions?
We require a $3/mo base price, but creators can decide how much they want to charge above that.
9. Do we have to pay for our own models?
VTubers don’t have to pay to access their own models, but they do need a Stripe account set up to manage their product.
10. How is money handled?
All finances are handled externally through our payment processing partner, Stripe.
11. Will my files get leaked?
No. Files are served securely, and users cannot directly access your source files from their devices.
12. How do I stop other users from modifying my files?
While online content carries inherent risks (like screenshots), Musuno provides the same level of security as major social media platforms and messaging apps to protect your assets.
